The automatically generated valuation is just a guide, once an accurate valuation has been negotiated with a member of our team, this is valid for 2 weeks. The used vehicle market is always changing, we would be happy to revalue your vehicle after two weeks, remember the price can go up as well as down.

Yes, you can! We will look at the amount of finance you have left, the value of the car you wish to trade in, the value of the car you wish to buy, and agree a monthly payment plan with you.

Yes, you are more than welcome to contact us regarding a part exchanging your vehicle even if it’s SORN or does not have a valid MOT. We can collect the vehicle on trade plates or with our recovery truck if necessary.

We would like the vehicle to be less than 10 years old and under 100,000 miles, ideally with an MOT and damage free. However, we would consider any vehicle, regardless of age, mileage, MOT & condition.

Once an indicative valuation is generated we would ask the customer to send over as many photos or videos of the vehicle as possible so we can validate the price. The price can vary (up & down) dependent on damage, history, condition and other elements that the computer generated quote cannot take into consideration. We do as much as humanely possible to give an accurate part exchange valuation/purchase valuation prior to any handover taking place. It is very rare that this is altered, unless a mechanical defect is discovered on test drive.

We generally visually inspect your car and give a short road test before we conclude a deal. As much due diligence is done in advance of handover so hopefully there are no surprises for everyone involved. A team member will happily guide you through the whole process.

We can arrange the deal virtually, but we would need you to bring the vehicle to us in Gloucestershire with all the documents, keys and service history available. If you’re vehicle is SORN, does not have a valid MOT, or if it’s difficult for you to get it to us then we can arrange collection at our discretion.

We will require some proof of ownership, whether that be a vehicle registration document, company letterhead, or lease agreement. It is also good to have as much service history and paperwork as you can find for the vehicle.
